Each service uses a different symbol. When you change your "Current Selected Service" on the "Data/Trade Service Settings" window and then select OK, you are prompted to update your symbols, and we recommend selecting "Yes" to this question. If you forget, or open another Chartbook that is not updated, then you can select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" and your symbols will be updated. You need to do this last item (Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service) and then everything should be working properly.
