Make sure you do not have another Sierra Chart running already, and then make sure that you are not editing any of the following files when trying to start Sierra Chart:
- Sierra4.config
- Accounts4.config
- KeyboardShortcuts4.config

If not the above, then look to see if you can use a backup file of each of these 3 files. The backups are located in the 'Backups' folder under the Main Sierra Chart installation folder (typically C:\SierraChart). Refer to the following:

Follow the above instructions for all 3 files, as we do not know which one is causing the issue.

Worst case, if none of the above works, you would need to remove all three of these files and then start Sierra Chart again. It should start and create the files, but you will lose the configurations you had setup (any Global Settings, Keyboard Shortcuts, and account information).
