We are not understanding exactly what you want to do. To start with, an Inside Bar is when a bar's High/Low are less than the previous bar, so the High of the current bar is less than the high of the previous bar and the low of the current bar is greater than the low of the previous bar. Also, you mention a situation where C < L, which to us means the Close is less than the Low, which is impossible. It could be the same, but will never be lower.
