We are not fully understanding what you are doing. Changing the Symbol Settings does not actually update any given chart. It just sets the default for how a new chart for that symbol will be setup. Also, when you put on a new TPO study, it will be setup to the defaults for that study. You can change the defaults by using the following option: Chart Studies: Using Custom Default Study Settings If the above does not answer your question, then we need more information.
