The Brussels Time Zone is currently +2 from UTC, so for the Session Times, you would use what we gave above for UTC+4 and subtract two hours for each entry (i.e. Start Time would be 16:30). On the TPO Chart, set the Input for "New Period At Day Session Start When Using Evening Session" to "Yes". This will give you separate Day and Evening profiles.
