It really does not matter what Time Zone you are set in, or how you have it set. You just need to ensure that your Session Times are correct for the time zone of the chart relative to when the actual Day/Evening Sessions occur. For instance, the CME Group would have the following Session Times for a chart set with the Central US Time Zone (same location as the CME Group):
- Start Time: 08:30:00
- End Time: 15:59:59
- Evening Start Time: 16:00:00
- Evening End Time: 08:29:59

Therefore, if you have a chart that has a Time Zone of UTC+4, your times would be the following:
- Start Time: 18:30:00
- End Time: 01:59:59
- Evening Start Time: 02:00:00
- Evening End Time: 18:29:59

Then on the TPO Chart, you would need to set the Input for "New Period At Day Session Start When Using Evening Session". Refer to the following:
Time Price Opportunity (TPO) Profile Charts: New Period at Day Session Start When Using Evening Session (1 Day Period Only)
