1. This is not the case. We do not know why you would have this particular issue, but you definitely can increase the bar spacing again. Check to make sure you do not have the option for "Chart >> Lock Fill Space" enabled. 2. The only thing we can suggest is to setup your pointing device so that the scroll wheel will change the spacing in the price ladder.
