1. Another option is to use your left pointer and drag the time scale to adjust. Or, you can use the Control Bar keys or the Page Up/Page Down buttons. 2. There is no specific control for this, and we have never seen an issue with how this functions. Do you have your mouse settings such that small movements move the mouse far distances?
