Hello Support, I have been noticing an issue with my Sierra Charts, and i was wondering if anyone else has come to support with same issue. I have attached a PDF for your reference showing the difference in the charts that I have noticed every time I log out and back into the system. This has being going on for the past month, and I have tried everything to resolve the issue on my own, but no luck. Here are the few steps I have taken to try to rectify the issue. I have reinstalled Sierra Chart at least 5 times. I have factory reset my laptop at least 3 times. I'm running mine on a Mac Pro, and my wife and nephew are running theirs on a Microsoft based laptop. I have noticed the issue on all 3 computers. I can assure you that I have no internet issues, my download speed is 1.5G, and all laptops are at the highest grades, I'm also hardwired with my internet cable. Can you please help me resolve this issue? Thank you in advance. |
