Please double-check the Tick Size for your chart in "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Tick Size". Let us know what this is set to. We assume that this is when you are using the Crosshairs and the prices in the ladder are showing at the higher granularity. Please verify that this is the case.
