When you change your package (which you can do at any time), we do not give refunds or ask for additional payment. Rather, we simply adjust your remaining Usage Time up/down based on the difference in the package pricing. Therefore, if you change to a more expensive package your Usage Time will go down, and vice versa.

This means that the extra funds you have put in your account will stay there until needed to pay for additional fees. If you want us to refund this, we can do so, just keep in mind that we have a $5.00 processing fee for refunds.
