We want to make a correction when we were quoting the network equipment temperature. For example we said: Within our network equipment, we are seeing temperatures of 152°F.
We now realize, we were looking at the temperature of one of the switching microchips. Not the interior temperature of the switching gear equipment. Right now we see the interior temperature of the switching gear equipment at 87.8°F. And the switching microchip is 113°. Probably measured at the heatsink. These are still higher than usual but they will come down. And they are more than acceptable at this time. Latest update: IBX: CH1
