Your Sierra Chart Message Log is going to continuously open, when there are failed connections related to stock data. For now just move the message log to the bottom of the screen out of the way. The hard reality of what is happening in that data center is gradually becoming apparent. This is a catastrophic situation. If the cooling equipment has become frozen due to the weather conditions and the extreme cold and the cold continues, how are they going to solve this? The temperatures are absurdly high. Not only is there the temperature within the data center itself there is the temperature within the cabinets, which have doors with like a mesh opening. So airflow is not so free-flowing through them. It is somewhat restricted. The equipment itself is dissipating heat, and creating a higher temperature within the cabinet. Within our network equipment, we are seeing temperatures of 152°F. We are not sure what the prior temperature was, but it would be probably around 100° or less. None of our servers in our own cabinet abnormally shut down. We powered them down well ahead of there being a problem. One of our servers, with another provider in that data center, did go into a low-power state and began to cool off and later on we shut it down. We do not have an alternative to stock data. We are hesitant to power up one of the servers with these temperatures. Basically what we see happening is we are going to start to move additional equipment to Aurora DC3 and set up additional backups until the situation clears. We are not really sure what to do about stock data. We could power up the server and take a chance. We are going to do that and just hope it stays up. But we will hold off on this until the late overnight time before 4 AM. But that is also putting the entire stock data load on one server rather than distributed across three servers. So the stock data service will be somewhat degraded. It is also possible that the situation worsens overnight. And they lose control. We are seeing rising temperatures slowly but rising. This is absolutely catastrophic. A major data center like that which is mission-critical for so many businesses. Think about the equipment damage.
