Our main CME data distribution server, in CH1 with another provider, has entered a cooling state. It is powered but it is not in a functional state. This is not a problem, we can pull data, from Aurora DC3. Edit: If this problem continues into the open Monday morning at around 830 to 930 a.m, there is a potential, for some market data degradation. In other words data lags. But we are taking the necessary steps now to minimize and/or eliminate that. And we may not be able to deliver any US stock data in the morning either. That data feed may be down. This cooling failure incident at the data center is very serious. We have powered down all of our systems in our own cabinet at CH1. Only network gear is currently running. Internal temperature of one of those devices is 60°C. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
