New update on Incident INC0025932: Equinix IBX Site Staff reports that the vendor continues troubleshooting the chiller plant failures on all collocation areas on the 5th floor. IBX Critical Facility Engineers are currently attempting to supply some outside air via catwalk exterior doors to allow airflow and decrease the collocation area´s temperature.
