Then you need to ask Ironbeam about this, as the message you are getting - "No Accounts Assigned" - means that they have not properly setup your account. Also have them make sure that they entered your Sierra Chart Account Name correctly, as that is what we use to connect your software to your trading account. To continue to use Sierra Chart and get the data, you would need to change your service to "SC Data - All Services". When prompted, be sure to update your symbols. Once you hear back from Ironbeam, then you can try to connect again.
