You can always use the "Spreadsheet Formula" which uses the Alert Syntax, and have the result be at the price you want. Then use the standard "Point" or "Circle Hollow" draw styles and it will be at that level. For example, you would use a formula like the following: =IF(C > 4000, L, 0) Which checks if the Close is greater than 4000 and if so, then returns the value of the Low of the bar, otherwise, it returns 0. If you have the Draw Style set to Point, then it will place a point at the Low of the bar. You would want to set the Input for "Draw Zeros" to "No".
