Hi John, there is not a particular scenario that I was able to conclude which makes the extended rectangle alerts stop working. when I delete/re-add the non-working rectangle it works again for a while then it stops. Because I am not able to reliably re-produce it, this is why I was asking of how is the best way to troubleshoot it. For example can the logging level be changed to include more information on what is happening when the price crosses the boundaries? Is there any error log that I can check? etc... |
