I am trying to use the delayed trading simulator on CLG24 and I keep getting this message, "Symbol Error - CLG24 is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. Market depth request not allowed | 2024-01-08 20:28:42.384". It loads all of the historical data but I can not get any delayed market depth/data. I have already followed the directions on https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails1.html#:~:text=If%20you%20receive%20a%20%22Symbol,Trading%20service%20account%2C%20or%20improperly and Delayed Exchange Data Feed but neither is fixing the issue.
