The account you have posted from was most recently on Package 11, not on a trial. As such, we can not give you any additional trial time. But, you can use our "Emergency Activation" option to get 3 days of Usage Time right away. We will then subtract these 3 days from when you activate your next package. To use the Emergency Activation, go to the Main Control Panel for your account (which you can access by selecting "Help >> Account Control Panel") and then selecting the option for "Services and Payments >> Emergency Account Activation" and following the instructions on that next page.
