We are not sure what "ATR Bands" study you are referring to. But in general, if you want to apply a Moving Average that is not part of the existing list of options, you can just set the "Moving Average Length" to be 1, which will give you no averaging. Then use the particular Moving Average study you want and use the "Based On" to apply it to the particular study you want.
