What you are stating should not be occurring. Your account looks good and you should be getting real-time data for the Full CME Group, as that is the exchange you have active.

It does not matter what service you are connecting to.

The most likely situation is that you are not changing the symbols when you switch between the services. Keep in mind that each service has its own way of specifying the symbols, therefore you need to update the symbols whenever you change services. When you change services and select OK to close the Data/Trade Service Settings window, you are presented with a message that asks if you want to change your symbols. In general, you should say "Yes" to this question. If you do not, or if you open a separate chartbook later that does not have the correct symbols, then you can update them by selecting "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service".
