1. The referral program is being discontinued. This is something we have not promoted for years now. Any usage time credits you have received, will remain. There will be some changes with service packages. No price increases but packages 3 and 5 will be discontinued. 2. CME Group trading through CQG will require Service Package 12. You will want to change to Teton order routing: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing If we could remove support for CQG we would, but the reason we do not is primarily because of EUREX since we decided not to add EUREX support due to having to deal with all of this Mifid related compliance stuff, and also the very grave state of the world and not wanting to get involved in this for so little users. There is also ICE, but we may be adding ICE Trading and market data support ourselves. And regarding other exchanges, really we just do not want to get involved in them. The tiny number of users using other exchange can go elsewhere or they can use Interactive Brokers. It is entirely possible we do remove CQG at some point but that decision has not yet been made. But we might decide just to remove CME Group trading through CQG. If you want to trade CME group you just have to use our Teton order routing. Many clearing firms are supported and others are coming. For anyone who needs CQG, do not worry about our comments. CQG support will remain for the time being. There are no plans to remove it but we will try to get users off of CQG who are just trading the CME Group. 3. Simple stock symbols through Interactive Brokers like AAPL or IBM or GE, will only have data provided from the Denali Exchange Data Feed or Delayed Exchange Data Feed. Not from Interactive Brokers. You will have to use the extended symbol format to get data from Interactive Brokers, like AAPL-STK-SMART 4. The ability to purchase additional systems to use Sierra Chart on, is being removed. You will need to have another Sierra Chart account to use Sierra Chart on more than 2 systems at a time. 5. NASDAQ global indices is going to be discontinued. We will be replacing it with CBOE global indices which will include the volatility index and S&P 500. 6. CFE data will also be removed and will be replaced with CBOE global indices which will provide the cash volatility index. 7. All SMS capability is going to be removed. We will add integration to Telegram instead. We recommend installing Telegram on your mobile device, or desktop, to receive messages. For example, Alert messages will no longer be supported to be sent by SMS. And trial activations will no longer be supported to be sent to an SMS number. Instead you will need to use telegram. Or request manual activation. Alert messages will be sent to Telegram instead. 8. Most probably we will make the text-to-speech functionality free and always enabled for all users.
