Attached is a Study Collection that finds the True Range for each bar and then displays that value at the High for the bar at 09:30:00. You would apply this to a 5 minute chart in order to get the Opening Range for the first 5 minutes. Change the time as needed for what you want. This should get you started, so you can adjust further to get exactly what you need.
