Your image shows the server you are connected to as "Rithmic Paper Trading - Chicago Area - Aggregated". Are you certain that this is the correct server? UProfit, and other Prop Firms that use Rithmic, have their own set of servers listed in the list of servers. We assume that you would need to connect to one of the "UProfit" servers.
