Please do the following: - Select "Global Settings >> Symbol Settings". - On that page, deselect the option at the top for "Use Custom Symbol Settings Values". In other words, make sure there is NOT a checkmark next to this. - Select OK to close that window. Then try this again and let us know if you have the same issue.
