We want you to update to the latest prerelease: Software Download: Fast Update This was released days ago but we were late to follow up with you. Make sure you are running the latest release which is 2574. No this is not necessary: PS: I don't mind to do a clean reinstall... I mean ERASE completely the software, even the DLL registry etc if needed. Yeah I will have to customize everything again..but if it is what it is...
