Good morning, I signed up for Sierra Chart on 12/12/2023 for a free 15-day trial.... so until 12/27/2023 On the date of 12/12/2023 I paid the sum of 46Usd to be able to use sierra chart from 12/27/2023 to 01/27/2024. I am currently finishing contact with edge clear in order to be able to use TETON, and the DENALI flow to the CME. I do not understand why you are sending me an alert with the risk of interruption of my account which from my point of view must remain functional until 01/27/2024 Thank you for your response |
