The issue you are having is due to the following in your log:
Rithmic Direct - DTC (Data) | Logon error received from server: permission denied

The first thing we would like for you to do is to remove the entries in "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings" for the Market Data and Historical Data entries. Completely remove the Username and Passwords from those fields. You do not need them as you are setup to get the CME exchange data from us.

Also, check the information at the following link for some other things to look into related to the Permission Denied error:

And finally, you have some incorrect symbols in your charts for Rithmic. In particular, the following:
- MESH24_FUT_CME
- ESH24_FUT_CME

Make sure you use the proper symbols for Rithmic (such as MESH4.CME).
