This does not make sense and we do not see how entering another order or position would allow the cancellation of this order. There is no technical reason for this: The concerning issue is that the order was initially hanging there and I could not cancel nor modify it without purposefully going into a trade to get it cleared. Any idea what the issue is and how to prevent this from happening again?
