With regards to what Chartbooks automatically open when you start Sierra Chart, refer to the following settings (the one in the link and the one below it): General Settings Window: Open Files On Startup (Global Settings >> General Settings >> General >> Startup) We are not sure what you are referring to in terms of "I still am confused on why the Chartbook files are not in their Windows folder?" Sierra Chart is setup to be self-contained, so you can move it around without having to deal with major operating system issues. As such, files such as chartbooks, are stored in the "Data" folder under the main Sierra Chart installation folder. They are not stored in your "My Documents" or anything such as that.
