Once you were disconnected from the Data Feed and you selected "Trade >> AutoTrade System Bar Based BackTest", you should have received a notification asking to "Clear Replay/BackTest Trade Data...And perform Auto-Trade System Back Test?", to which you should respond "Yes" and then you will be prompted for "Enter Bar Processing Increment". Did you get these prompts, particularly the first one? If not, then please select "Trade >> AutoTrade System Bar Based BackTest" again and let us know if you are not getting these.
