We are not able to reproduce what you are seeing. With the VWAP, we recommend using a Draw Style of "Solid" instead of dotted. See if this makes a difference in what you are seeing. And with regards to the Volume by Price not showing for each day, we have it showing properly when we opened your chart. If you are still having an issue with this, then remove the study and put it back on and let us know if you are still having an issue.
