When you run Sierra Chart in Safe Mode does it resolve the problem? If so contact the developer of the custom study. We cannot troubleshoot problems in a custom study. This has to be done by the developer of the study. The dump file is not going to help us at all. And it is very very rare even in our own cases we would ever look at a dump file. There has been no case we have ever used a dump file from a user. There is a lot of complexity with working with those files.
