Everything on your account looks good, as you have the "Full CME Group" exchange activated and you have connected to your live trading account, so you should be getting real-time data.

The first thing we want you to do is to select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". If you recently changed your "Current Selected Service" then it's possible you did not update your symbols. This will resolve this.

If you are continuing to have an issue after doing the above, then we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
