Exactly my point here @Niko. Fixing this problem is not in our hands but as an User, we should be perfectly entitled to voice our concerns when other providers are running fine. It's not a blame on SierraChart as they are saying the issue is caused by some EUREX network switch failure, but we need to learn from it to improve .. we need to have Live rates during market trading hours, a complete outage is not acceptable and I believe we can better design our options. Thank you |
