Dear Sierra Chart, I've opened a new account no.822576 with the same trade service. When placing an order with Chart Trade Mode on, which is my preferred way, Sierra Chart connects the order with my former account number no.818931 that is now being closed. I've spent the whole morning browsing through self help, reconnecting and editing Trade Service Settings etc. ... so, what am I missing? I need your help. When opening a Trading DOM for Chart, the same chart, I'm then able to choose the correct/active account in the Main menue/drop down. I'm using the current version. Thank you, Lukas |
