If you want to have the times for all stock charts to be the same, then you need to change the Symbol Setting for the "Global Settings >> Symbol Settings >> ?, ??, ???, ????, ?????, ??????, ??????? and set the Start Time and End Time to what you need. If you only need this for a few symbols, then you would need to copy the symbol settings from one of the above and modify it for the particular symbol.
