Hi Support, Good day to you. Today i start using Package 12 with comex, i would like the MBO to display in my trade dom. i follow this video from Sierra chart youtube video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bgb5RSc-tDw so far i already checked : 1 ) Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service setting >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds >> Yes 2) Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings and make sure that the option for Subscribe Market by Order Data When Market Depth Subscribed is set to Yes and that the option for Use Separate Connection for Market by Order Data is set to Yes. 3) In symbol setting "Minimum Market by order quantity" i choose default i already disconnect and reconnect and restart my computer as well. - The symbol that i connecting now is (GCZ23_FUT_CME) - I run this in sub instance (C:\SierraChart\SierraChartInstance_2) - In my Trade DOM i can see that is a new column after adding ( Combined Bid Ask Market Orders Column) However i cannot see any number appear in the new column need your kind assistance here, thanks in advance.
