Hello, I signed up for your free trial using Sierra Charts on thursday. User: 403228 I tried to activate my charts using the SMS verification but was unable to do this as such the charts are not functioning correctly. I currently reside in Spain but my VPN was on when I signed up, shows my location as UK on your site. I have a UK mobile and a Spanish mobile, tried both with the corresponding correct country codes but no SMS received and now I just get an error message. Can you please let me know the best way to resolve this. I do intend to subscribe to Sierra charts once the free trial has expired but would like the trial period to familiarize myself with the chart package before I commit to the purchase.
