Which Bid/Ask volumes are you wanting to see. The actual traded data or the Market Depth data? In terms of added studies, the data for the studies will start in column AA, as long as you have not changed the default Input for the Spreadsheet Study for "Number of Formula Columns". Otherwise, the data will show in the first column after the number of Formula columns. There is not a way to export this to Excel. You would either need to select all the cells and then copy the data to Excel, or you could develop a custom study to take the data and put it in Excel.
