In the next release sc.CurrentSystemDateTime will be changed not to include milliseconds. Since it includes milliseconds, when you do get the second, it will be rounded to the nearest second. This is how it works. This is also not the data feed timestamp. It is the current system date time. In the next release this will be added: sc.CurrentSystemDateTimeMS. This will include milliseconds.
