Yes, this could be done. It is beyond our Support policy for us to work out the entire alert formula for you, so we can not help with that.

You just need to ensure that you have all the information you need in the one chart so you can put your formula together from the present data. Depending on what you are doing, it may be easier to use a "proxy" study that gives you the signal that you overlay, rather than overlaying the entire data. For example, you state that the candles need to be going in the same direction, so you could use a "Spreadsheet Formula" that returns 1 if the candles are going up and -1 if the candles are going down and then overlay the "Spreadsheet Formula" rather than the entire chart data. For example, you would use a formula like the following to check the most recent 3 bars as being up or down bars and returning 1 if up -1 if down and 0 otherwise:
=IF(AND(C > O, C[-1] > O[-1], C[-2] > O[-2]), 1, IF(AND(C < O, C[-1] < O[-1], C[-2] < O[-2]), -1, 0))
