Keep in mind that you are using Rithmic data, so there is not much we can do to help. Refer to our policy on Rithmic data at the following link:

But, if you can get us your Message Log, we will take a look and see if there is something specific occurring that may explain the situation. Follow these instructions to get us your Message Log:

With regards to TopStep not being a regulated broker, that is in reference to getting the CME Data at the non-professional rates. TopStep is a Prop Firm, so you are not trading your own funds. As such, the CME Group does not accept that as a "live, funded, futures trading account". This is only going to be an issue if you want to get the data from us (which we do recommend).
