Post From: Orders on CAT stock not working

I trade stocks. I typically view ???_MBO symbols. In Global settings -> Symbol settings, I have set all of the following: ?_MBO ??_MBO ???_MBO ????_MBO ?????_MBO These are set so "trade and current quote symbol" is activated. As a result, when I am viewing a ???_MBO stock and I place an order, it is placed on the equivalent ??? stock. This works perfectly well. Today, I discovered there is only one precise stock where orders cannot be placed. This stock is CAT. Whether I do the aforementioned "trade and current quote symbol" process doesn't change the outcome. InteractiveBrokers never recieves an order on CAT. The message log of Sierra Chart says this when placing a new order: Symbol error - (unknown symbol with ID 239) is unknown, unavailable or improperly formatted. Then obviously, when I try to cancel the order, it adds: Trading message from IB : order 234 that needs to be cancelled is not found. Error code : 10147 The complete stock format including specified exchange and primary exchange has to be manually typed in Charts settings -> Trade and current quote symbol (action) after every time I open CAT on a chart. This is: CAT-STK-SMART/NYSE-USD. It's the only workaround. If I go look at another stock, come back to CAT, the trade and current quote symbol will be defaulted back to simply CAT and then placing an order won't work. This leads to my request: Can you make Sierra Chart understand natively that CAT means the CAT stock, or in longer terms CAT-STK-SMART/NYSE-USD? This is literally the only symbol where I encountered this, after months. Otherwise, how can I preset a fixed trade and current quote symbol only for CAT_MBO?
