I have needed Sierrachart for 3 months now. In these 3 months I never had any problem with the market profile. But suddenly it won't recharge for a single day. I just have a black screen when I open the market profile. The only thing I see is at the top (where it says in lower case) how much volume is being traded. But I don't see any auctions, no volume, no initial balance, simply nothing.
