It sounds like what is happening is the connection is being lost to Rithmic. It is not a problem with the newer version. There is some other reason.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 2 minutes, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.
