Dear Sierra Staff, It is hoped that this finds you well. I am unable to access ZigZag length from a spreadsheet, its visuals are attached below (but briefly though there is a value for ZigZag, there are only zero values for ZigZag length) (Image 1). I, initially, wondered if it might be a case of the tick-size (2000) of the candle-sticks being too small for there to be no ZigZag transition in even 2000 rows but changing the tick-size of the candlesticks to 20,000 had no effect. I also tried turning on "Display HH,HL,LL,LH Labels" but that had the effect of turning the zeros to numbers representing swing structure (as intended) and no additional column being added for ZigZag length (Image 2). I have attached screenshots of the spreadsheet under both conditions, and those of my settings for the spreadsheet study (Image 3, could not access edit to take image). Your assistance in moving forwards is much appreciated (for I am rather lost).
