Hello, for several weeks now I have only had 15 minutes delayed data (Denali), but I have also only traded demo for a longer time now. At the same time, I can no longer access my real money account and see the note "Was veryfied till: 2023-08-02 (Expired)" in Sierra Chart. Why is this and how can I reactivate my account so that I can trade for real money again? Thank you and best regards J.K. |
