What are the exchange(s) for which you want real-time data? If you want data for the CME Group, CFE, EUREX, or U.S. Equities, then you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. Refer to the information here: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages You can not get data for the above exchanges while on Package 5, which is one of the "Base" packages. Then you will need to go through the setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed and eventually activate (and pay for) the exchanges for which you want the real-time data. The particular instructions can be found on the following page (there are separate instructions for the CME Group versus other exchanges): Denali Exchange Data Feed If you are wanting data for the CME Group, then be sure you understand their requirement for a live, funded, futures trading account in order to be considered a "non-professional".
